• My children have been going to small smiles for a little over a year and at my last appointment I was very very very disappointed in the service I received. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I showed up early for my appointment and at 11:00 I went up to the desk to ask when my children were going to be seen? I was told well everyone showed up for their appointments so we are running behind. My question is how is this my fault that I must wait over an hour for my kids to be seen because you didn't think all you appointments would show. My appointment was set 6 months ago, and yet there are people showing up after me and their kids are being seen before mine. I don't recommend this office to anyone I will be finding a new dentist for my children. (bjtzzm, 08/11/2009)
