These guys should be your last choice in auto. We traded in a 2003 pontiac aztek with 133,000 miles for a 2001 ford escape with 166,000 miles which they told us was a 2002. Within 3 months of owning the car, it needed new bushings, back tires, air hoses, a whole bevy of work that was going to total around $800. They sell you some bull insurance thats supposed to cover any repairs you need and they call it their warranty. The car has needed work 3 times since we owned it and that warranty hasnt covered any of it, but they want you to pay $99 every 3 months for it. We called them today to see if they could put us in another vehicle and they said they could for $1000. We asked if we could trade in the escape (which we still owe $5100 on) and they said they couldnt do that cause we still owe money on it. I feel pretty burned given the fact that we gave them a car that was nicer than the one we got and we still owe $5000 after three months of paying $300 a month, they didnt even tell us that didnt include the tax and such until it was down to the last second and time to sign for the car. So the first two months we had to pay $600 and $500. They tell you you're buying from dealer and there's no financing so its such a great deal, but these cars are selling lemons and dont have the courtesy to take you some place dark first before they stuck it to us against our will. I will never deal with these people again and i discourage anyone else from getting tied up with these characters. If you have any questions to ask me about them just contact me at sm_ack_ette@yahoo.com and i'll tell you everything i know. These clowns must be making a killing, and fyi, kia was willing to take their car as a trade in and pay it off and add it to what we are going to pay on a brand new car, so there's the difference between professional car dealers and just a big joke of a car dealer.
